The Ubuntu developers have announced version of the Linux distribution 11:10. She goes by the name “Oneiric Ocelot”, in German actually dreamlike Oneiroid or ocelot. Ubuntu founder Mark Shuttleworth sees “oneiric” in his blog, but rather as a “dreamy”, as so dreamy. The combination of names reminded him of the way in innovation vonstattengehe: sometimes daydream, some discipline.
11:10 Ubuntu will include among others the Qt libraries. This allows the installation of Qt applications.
