All configurations come with 1.66 GHz Intel Atom processor N455-speed, 1 GB DDR2 memory (expandable to 2 GB) and 250-gigabyte hard drive. Reflecting their 16:9 display has a resolution of the netbook typical 1024 x 600 pixels. The control takes over the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150, which holds up to 250 Mbytes of memory.
A VGA webcam enables video chats. As operating system Windows 7 is installed starter. For connecting peripheral devices, three USB 2.0 ports, a 2-in-1 card reader, a VGA output and audio jacks.
Of connectivity options are Fast Ethernet and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi available. The model also offers a 10V NB500-UMTS with HSPA module, the download bandwidth of up to 7.2 Mbit / s are possible.
The new Toshiba netbooks measure 26.2 times 19 times 1.7 to 3.6 inches and weigh at least 1.32 kg. The warranty period is two years, including on-site pick up service.
In addition, Toshiba also new configurations of its 15.6-inch series Satellite L650 and C660 has been announced. They come with Intel’s Core i3-380M CPU (2.53 GHz), 500-gigabyte hard drive and a dedicated Intel graphics (L650). The price is € 649 549 respectively.
