The film company Universal has decided to please all Americans who have bought HD DVD player Toshiba HD-A1, releasing a feature film in the new digital format – science fiction thriller Serenity. After a week of work Joss Whedon (Joss Whedon), which is on HD DVD only costs 35 U.S. dollars, followed by Doom, Apollo 13. Then come out Cinderella Man, Jarhead, Assault on Precinct 13, The Chronicles of Riddick, Van Helsing, U-571 and The Bourne Supremacy. In the future Universal intends to produce new items on HD DVD on a monthly basis.
All of the above movies are recorded on dual layer 30 GB discs. In addition to a beautiful picture discs boast multiple audio tracks in the format of Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 Surround Sound.
