On the basis of his loyalty index Zokem examined other factors – such as relationships between the brand loyalty to the current device and the question of whether the user again for the same or another – would choose platform – and what else. 85 percent of iPhone users would do it again choose the Apple smartphone. Higher is the rate only for owners of Android: Here, 89 percent intend to re zuzulegen a device with Google’s mobile operating system. P>

Is lowest rate for Symbian S60: Only 8 percent of users want to re-buy a smartphone that runs under the operating system licensed from Nokia. For Blackberry OS is re-employment rate 61 percent. P>
“The figures show that IOS is the most powerful platform when it comes to brand loyalty,” said CEO Hannu Verkasalo Zokem. “For this reason, it is also very likely that users opt again for an Apple phone.” Android is in the U.S. market, a good number two, although his loyalty index is not as high as that of Apple. Nevertheless, it is also very likely that users stick with the platform. P>
Panel for its study “Mobile Life” Zokem interviewed in each quarter of 2010 persons more than 1500. P>
Nearly 90 percent of Android users would buy a device at any time with Google’s mobile operating system. Even with the iPhone there are “only” 85 percent (Picture: Zokem). P>
