Oracle has filed with a district court in San Jose claim against Micron Technology. It alleges that the chip maker to have demanded too high prices for memory chips, such as Bloomberg reported.
Micron and other makers of DRAM memory chips are made to fix prices and have driven the prices artificially high. Elpida Memory, Hynix Semiconductor, Infineon and Samsung Electronics are Bloomberg According to the complaint titled as “co-conspirators”, but are not indicted.
