HP-Compaq (HP; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: HWP) today introduced the HP Photosmart 720 and the 179-euro Photosmart 130 photo printer, two new devices for the digital photography market. For 449 euros, the customer receives a 266 gram digital camera with a 3.3 megapixel CCD, twelve times zoom lens (triple and quadruple optical digital) and 16 MB of internal memory.
Other features include a 4.1 inch wide color LCD, video recording, including sound in a length of 60 seconds (at 15 frames / s and a resolution of 288 x 216 pixels) and a lens with a focal length from seven to 21 millimeters which is a 35-millimeter camera comply with a focal length of 34-102 mm.
