Job seekers can respond with a few clicks on a job posting. You initially have the opportunity to customize their profile to the tender. They then send their public profile with a click (submit application) on “Submit Application” to the employer. LinkedIn confirmed the shipment and showing them to people who are in touch with the company and with whom they come into contact.

“Apply with LinkedIn offers job seekers a quick and easy way to apply for the right job. Your professional identity that demonstrates their skills, experience and professional relationships, helping candidates to present themselves perfectly,” says Deep Nishar, Senior Vice President of Products and User Experience on LinkedIn.

Supposedly, the plug-in already installed on the launch of thousands of corporate sites, including Netflix, LivingSocial, Photobucket and of course LinkedIn is itself the most Webfirmen are from the USA. The social network provides for the company the advantage that they may access a large pool of qualified applicants.
