Company VIA Technologies CX700 chipset presented with the integrated graphic core processor platforms for VIA C7 and Eden. Designed with the requirements of the embedded market CX700 chipset was demonstrated at the booth for last this week in San Jose, California, ESC Conference 2006 (Embedded Systems Conference).

Chipset VIA CX700 includes integrated video capabilities (VIA UniChrome Pro), HD-audio (VIA Vinyl HD Audio), DDR2 memory controller and interface support SATA, SATA II and PATA. VIA has integrated all the key features of the north and south bridges VIA chipset in an ordinary single chip the size of a north bridge (37,5 x 37,5 mm), thus saving more than 34% of the space on the motherboard.
