DOJ and Microsoft fight to continue

Microsoft (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: MSF) and the U.S. Department of Justice to hear the verdict of Judge Thomas Jackson to not be too difficult for everyday life by teasing. Microsoft is now trying to shift the allocation of the group into two parts, until an appeals court has gone through the process again.

The successful applicant, however, are sought to bypass the “U.S. Court of Appeals” and like the Supreme Court, the highest judicial instance in the case to call. The contrast is bizarre and Microsoft says that would slow the process even more.

To the antitrust case against Microsoft ZDNet has launched a discussion forum to debate the proponents and opponents of the process. A special to the process and the consequences, see “The Microsoft trial – the verdict and the consequences”.
