The developer of development tools, Borland, a subsidiary of Inprise has announced the Java Borland Jbuilder tool in version 3. Next month, it is to qualify for the Windows platform on the market and at the end of the year in a version for Solaris, the Unix-derivative of Sun Microsystems, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: SSY).
