AOL (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: AOL) has suffered another setback in the process to pirated music. According to the “Financial Times Germany” on the online service, the appointment process for illegal midi files before the Higher Regional Court of Munich has lost after the Munich District Court had sentenced a year ago, AOL for illegal music distribution (ZDNet) reported.
