As Justin Scott of the Firefox add-ons team writes in a blog entry, it may happen that seem to disappear after an upgrade to the latest browser version, some or all extensions. This is true both for the desktop and the mobile version of Firefox.
Although the add-ons no longer in the manager showed up, they and their data are still intact, says Scott. Mozilla is already working on an update to fix the problem.
Until it is available, users whose extensions can completely disappeared from the add-ons manager is to use a workaround to restore it. To that end, Mozilla offers a recovery tool. After installing it and restarting Firefox extensions, all vanished reappear.
